We rolled out the fondant and used a crown cookie cutter to evenly space out the 'cut-out' sections of the tops of the castle - these would cover each cake layer and each tower. We then made some brickwork using a clean ruler to score and cut the bricks evenly. We made the doors 'free-hand' using some brown tinted fondant.

Once iced, I set the roofs on a cooling rack placed on top of a cookie sheet for the sparkles (pictured above). That way you can shake the sparkles on, and the excess will collect on the cookie sheet to be used again. Completed Towers. For the cakes themselves I used a 10×2 and a 6×2 inch round Wilton performance pans.

I used four boxed cakes (total). I baked two 10″x10″ pans and sandwiched them, two 6″ circles and four cupcakes. I used another box to make the "grass" cupcakes.

The Disney princess cake needs to be started a few days beforehand. To start with you need some cardboard tunes of different diameter.
